Cavitation in my knee joints is loud during the leg squats and lunges, no associated pain. A warmup is crucial to allow the synovial fluid to spread across the joints. My joints are cracking fierce during week 1, but after the gases release and the area adjusts, it should subside a bit.

Morning: 51 g raw food bar (dates, almond butter, sprouted quinoa, sesame seeds, flax, brown rice protein), Mint leaves and basil, 1/2 mango
Mid Morning: 17 g raw food bar, liquid greens
Noon: spinach/arugula salad with 1 tbsp hemp seeds and 2 sliced strawberries, 1/2 mango
Mid-afternoon: 1/3 cup wheatberry/cranberry/ almond sliver salad, 6 oz hot chocolate, 5 dates
Early Evening: 2 cups steamed kale, 1 cup steamed red pepper, 1 tbsp spicy pepper sauce, 4 dates, 1/3 cup almonds,
Evening: 1/2 piece pizza, lettuce and 1/4 cup hummus
Sleep (Thurs-Fri): 8 hours
As long as you're getting loud "pap" noises you should be cool. If things start to go "pop" let me know.
