Meat without feet!

Day 39:

Ate 50 g of fish today at 6 am, a personal record of early morning meat eating. Arggg matey! Any fellow Peakers mainly vegan/veggie before the PCP? It sure is an interesting ride with milk, eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, and fish in my refrigerator for the first time in years. My body is still adjusting to digesting animal protein because it uses more energy compared to plant protein. I am down for the count but need to rest enough to re-energize for the new challenge it's undertaking.

PCP-tip: If stretching in between sets, focus on the non-targeted muscle (ex. resting between standing ovation, stretch one's legs) to allow the target muscle down time.

Clutch!
My abs are going to be ripped!

  2. When I was young I remember seeing infomercials for these.

    Looks like tickle torture.

  3. You can jiggle your abs for 100 years and if you don't eat well you won't see a bit of difference.

That people buy these things boggles my mind.

  4. Admit it, Shelby. You just want to have your own bat-utility belt. That's why your on the PCP. You're building up to be some kind of super-hero. This explains the dramatic posses in your ficker pics. ;-)
